Appointment booking – deposit payment

To confirm your appointment booking at our dental clinic, in justified cases we may ask you to pay a deposit. This secures your appointment time and allows us to prepare the team and the workspace.

Deposit payment and refund terms

🔹 The deposit amount is fixed and equals 300 PLN.

🔹 The deposit is a partial prepayment for your appointment and will be deducted from the final service price.

🔹 The deposit is voluntary, but required to reserve the appointment slot.

🔹 If you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, the deposit can be moved to another date or refunded.

🔹 If you do not cancel or cancel too late, the deposit will be forfeited.

Payment security

Payments are processed via the secure Tpay system, which provides transaction encryption and personal data protection. The payment form is available on our website under the Deposit tab.

Personal data protection

To handle payments via Tpay, we process data such as first name, last name, phone number, and email address. This data is used solely for appointment booking and deposit settlement, in accordance with our Privacy Policy (GDPR).

Deposit payment terms and conditions

These terms and conditions define the rules for paying a deposit for dental services at Stomatologia Chrobrego, operated by Solidental Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Twarda 18.

§ 1. Purpose and conditions of the deposit

🔹 The deposit is a form of securing your appointment time and supporting the clinic’s scheduling and preparation.

🔹 The deposit amount is fixed and equals 300 PLN.

🔹 In justified cases, paying the deposit may be required as a condition to confirm your appointment booking.

🔹 Failure to pay within the specified time will result in cancellation of the reservation.

§ 2. How to pay

🔹 The deposit is paid by the patient via the online payment system Tpay.

🔹 The clinic does not send payment links – the patient completes the payment independently via the website.

§ 3. Confirmation and settlement

🔹 The paid deposit is credited toward the total amount due for the planned dental service.

🔹 After the payment is recorded, the patient will receive booking confirmation by phone or SMS.

§ 4. Refund and forfeiture of the deposit

🔹 The deposit is refundable only if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

🔹 If the appointment is cancelled later or the patient does not show up without prior contact, the deposit will be forfeited to the clinic.

🔹 In justified cases, the deposit may be transferred to another date after prior arrangement with reception.

§ 5. Security and data processing

🔹 Payments are processed by Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. (Tpay) in accordance with applicable security standards.

🔹 Dane osobowe pacjentów przetwarzane są zgodnie z Polityką prywatności (RODO) gabinetu.

🔹 The patient provides data voluntarily, to the extent necessary to process the payment and book the appointment.

§ 7. Complaints

Any complaints regarding the deposit payment should be submitted by email to rejestracja@chrobrego.pl or in person at the reception desk.
The complaint should include: the patient’s first and last name, the planned appointment date, the deposit amount, the payment date, and a description of the issue.
Complaints will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
