Dr Dorota Chabier – Dentist

Dr Łukasz Drejarz – Oral Surgeon

Dr Łukasz Drejarz is an experienced oral surgeon specialising in implantology and oral surgery. He performs approximately 300 implant procedures each year, making him one of the most clinically active implantologists in the region. His precision, knowledge, and extensive practical experience allow even highly demanding cases to be carried out with full professionalism and safety. In his daily work, he performs dental implant placement, bone regeneration procedures such as augmentation and sinus lift procedures, as well as surgical tooth extractions, including impacted wisdom teeth. He places particular emphasis on detailed treatment planning and close cooperation with the prosthetic and restorative team in order to provide patients with comprehensive and long-lasting treatment outcomes. He continuously develops his skills by participating in specialist implantology and surgery courses in Poland and abroad, and his work is based on current international standards. Stomatologia Chrobrego is authorised to conduct postgraduate internships for dentists. This means that our practice may also provide care through dentists completing their postgraduate internship, working in accordance with applicable regulations and under the supervision of experienced dentists.

The postgraduate internship is an important stage in the professional development of a dentist. It allows young doctors to improve their practical and clinical skills in everyday work with patients. Thanks to this, they can gain experience in a professional environment, while patients receive care delivered with high standards of safety, supervision, and treatment quality.

Patient Manager

The Patient Manager is a dedicated contact person for patients planning more complex treatment, including implant, prosthetic, surgical, or orthodontic care. Their role is to guide the patient through the entire process “from A to Z” — from the first questions and discussion of the treatment plan, through arranging the next stages, to coordinating appointments and communication during therapy. The Patient Manager helps patients understand each step of treatment, answers questions, organises information, and makes sure the patient feels confident and calm at every stage. This is organisational and informational support, especially useful in multi-stage treatment where clear communication, planning, and predictability are important. The role is performed by a person with a medical background and management education (MBA), combining an understanding of the treatment process with a high level of organisation and clear communication. During treatment, patients can count on ongoing contact by phone and email, which makes the entire treatment process more comfortable and predictable.

Marlena Traczyk – Dental Hygienist / Practice Manager

Marlena Traczyk is a qualified dental hygienist with many years of experience and plays a key role in the daily work of our team. She is known for her professionalism, commitment, and excellent organisational skills. She actively assists during procedures in oral surgery and implantology, as well as during restorative and general dental treatment. Thanks to her knowledge and calm manner, she provides strong support to the dentist and helps patients feel safe and comfortable. On a daily basis, she also coordinates the work of the practice, ensuring smooth scheduling, treatment logistics, and high standards of patient care. She is also responsible for the practice’s day-to-day logistics, including ordering materials, organising the back office, and cooperating with suppliers, making sure the clinic runs efficiently every day. Her organisational skills and communication abilities help the practice function in a smooth and structured way. She constantly improves her skills and expands her knowledge by attending courses and training in oral hygiene, workplace ergonomics, and specialist chairside assistance. Importantly, she also shares her knowledge and experience with others as a practical vocational instructor in post-secondary schools for future dental hygienists and dental assistants. With passion, she introduces young people to the world of dentistry, emphasising quality, ethics, and professional responsibility.

Natalia Franaszczuk – Dental Hygienist / Radiography Technician

Natalia Franaszczuk is a highly committed and versatile specialist who combines the skills of a qualified dental hygienist with the qualifications of a radiography technician. This allows her to support both dentists and patients comprehensively at every stage of treatment — from diagnostics to prevention and health education. As a dental hygienist, she performs professional preventive and hygiene procedures such as scaling, air polishing, polishing, and fluoride treatments, helping maintain healthy gums and oral tissues. She places great emphasis on an individual approach and is happy to explain to patients how to care for their teeth properly at home, including brushing techniques and appropriate hygiene accessories, so that the effects of treatment and prevention last as long as possible. As a radiography technician, Natalia supports the diagnostic process, ensuring efficient radiographic imaging and patient comfort during examinations. Her accuracy, composure, and empathetic approach help patients feel safe, while diagnostics take place in a calm and friendly atmosphere. Natalia continuously develops her skills through courses and training in prevention, modern oral hygiene, and dental diagnostics. Anna Jaroszek is a committed and development-oriented person who is completing professional practice at our clinic and gaining experience as a dental assistant. On a daily basis, she supports the team in preparing the treatment room, maintaining order at the workstation, and learning the correct organisation of chairside work. She is distinguished by accuracy, responsibility, and openness to learning new skills. Under the guidance of experienced team members, she learns the standards of work in a modern dental practice, including both chairside assistance and proper communication with patients. Anna is preparing for her professional dental assistant examination, planned for June. She is already developing her practical skills with great motivation, treating dentistry as an important direction for her professional development.
